We have a pools in Brighton central; Putney SW London;  and Oxshott (Surrey)

Our classes are held in lovely private warm-water pools heated to 33/34C with UV filters to allow lower chlorine levels which are kinder to sensitve skin and eyes. We like to keep our classes small to create a calm and nurturing environment for both baby and carer with a maximum of 7 babies plus one parent/carer in the pool.

To book a course choose the pool location and the day and time you would like to come along to each week.  Our courses run in blocks of 6 or 7 weeks with a week's break between each course with each class lasting 30 mins. 

If you have to miss a class for any reason we offer 2 free make up classes each term.

We can only allow one parent in the pool at any time but you are welcome to take it in turns each week with your partner.

We have wheelchair access for spectators at most of our pools. We can also cater for swimmers with accessibility needs at our Oxshott pool, please contact us to discuss.

Booking a Course during Covid restrictions:

We will reduce the number of customers in our pools to allow us to adhere to the Covid guidelines and have social distancing throughout our venues including in changing rooms and in the pool. Where possible we have one way systems where you change poolside before your class and then move into a changing room to get dressed after your class.  We ask that you arrive swim ready with your swimming costume on to make this process easier. Your baby can be changed once you arrive at the pool.

 All equipment and touch points are cleaned thoroughly between each class.

NB:Please note before booking onto a course, in the event of a local or national lockdown your course will be suspended and will resume once the lockdown has been lifted.  Where possible extra dates will be added to enable you to complete your course. If we are unable to find a date to run a class we will credit you for this class.

Please be aware that in the event that a course is disrupted due to lockdown we will only credit for classes that we are unable to find an alternative date to run, we will not refund the entire course.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your course and wish to receive a refund, you must inform us at least 72 hours before the first class of your course. We will refund the full amount of the course minus an admin fee of £30. For any cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours a refund will depend upon us filling your space. Regrettably cancellations made within 48 hours or less cannot be refunded.

COVID policy: Please note that when booking a course while COVID restrictions are in place there is a possibility that a local or national lockdown will take place.  If this happens we will suspend classes to resume once again once the lockdown has been lifted. Extra dates may will be added on to the course to avoid losing any classes. Refunds will only be given for classes that have been cancelled and we have been unable to organise another date to run it.

Please note that once a course has started missed classes for any reason CANNOT BE REFUNDED. We offer 2 free make up classes every term (subject to availability). Any extra make up classes are charged at £7.50 each.
