We have re-vamped our Loving Your Bump sessions and transformed them into Aquanatal Yoga Classes designed specifically for pregnancy from week 14 onwards. The courses offer a safe, gentle and effective way to stretch and exercise without over straining or overheating. The warm water provides a soothing environment facilitating relaxation and positivity.
We will create a beautifully relaxed environment for you to enjoy taking the weight off your feet with yoga moves to help alleviate those common aches and pains associated with pregnancy in our lovely warm pool in the north laine, Brighton.
