Drop in sessions to utilise our private warm water pool in Upper Gardner Street in the north laine Brighton for anyone with joint pain, mobility issues or recovering from an injury.

NB: these are not teacher led sessions but there is a trained poolsider available for assistance.

Wheelchair access to pool area but some mobility would be needed to enter the pool via the steps of assisted from the side of the pool.
